If you're not Damn Happy, you can easily exchange or return within 30 days from receiving your order. Not feeling it so much? We'll process an exchange or refund — simple.

Visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal to submit a request to return or exchange your unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of receiving your order. You'll need your Order# (which begins with "HI" and 4 digits - ex: HI2209), and the email address, zip code, or phone number used to place your order.

Follow the prompts to complete the request for an RMA#, and follow the directions provided. For any exchanges, we will ship out the exchange once items are received. For eligible returns, a refund or store credit for the cost of the items minus shipping will be offered, and will be processed when return items are received.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Exchange shipping costs are covered by HyperIconic.com. Items must be unused and unwashed, and will be inspected for eligibility. 

    Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns and replacement orders if the exchange is due to no fault of HyperIconic.com so please be sure to refer to the sizing charts and confirm your selected sizes before placing any orders. Please be sure to also review your shipping address.

    Our dedicated inspection teams in our production facilities look over every inch of our garments and other items for imperfections before its packaged. Occasionally a problem may be overlooked or hidden, and we are more than happy to make it right.

    Received the wrong item or size, or a defective item? Visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal to submit a request for an Instant Exchange, and upload a photo confirming the issue (the size on the necklabel tag, or the defect, etc). Follow the prompts for additional instructions.

    After you submit a return/exchange request via the portal, an RMA# will be provided. Please include on your shipping label, and return the item(s) to the following address:

    Refunds

    A refund will be issued once we receive the returned items and inspected for eligibility. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment which will reflect back to your account within 5-7 business days, or  you will be issued store credit.
