Visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal to submit a request to return or exchange your unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of receiving your order. You'll need your Order# (which begins with "HI" and 4 digits - ex: HI2209), and the email address, zip code, or phone number used to place your order.
Follow the prompts to complete the request for an RMA# (return authorization), and follow the directions provided. For any exchanges, the adjusted item will ship free once items are received. For eligible returns, a refund or store credit for the cost of the items minus shipping will be offered, and will be processed when return items are received.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Exchange shipping costs are covered by HyperIconic.com. Items must be unused and unwashed, and will be inspected for eligibility.
