We ship within the U.S. and Canada.

Shipment Processing: All orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days from our Alabama facility and London U.K. warehouse via USPS. 

Delivery Timelines: 

    • Alabama ship point orders (Music/TV-Movie/Gaming/Anime-Comics/Icons/Brands): 3-5 days via USPS (tracking # provided)
    • U.K. ship point orders(Currenzy/DQM/Anime): 6-9 days via USPS Standard (tracking # provided)

Orders are made-to-order, which means we have zero waste inventory and this allows us to carry more designs.

    RETURNS

    Damn Happy Satisfaction Guarantee: 

    If you're not Damn Happy, you can easily exchange or return within 30 days from receiving your order. Not feeling it so much? We'll process an exchange or refund — simple.

    Visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal to submit a request to return or exchange your unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of receiving your order. You'll need your Order# (which begins with "HI" and 4 digits - ex: HI2209), and the email address, zip code, or phone number used to place your order.

    Follow the prompts to complete the request for an RMA# (return authorization), and follow the directions provided. For any exchanges, the adjusted item will ship free once items are received. For eligible returns, a refund or store credit for the cost of the items minus shipping will be offered, and will be processed when return items are received.

    Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Exchange shipping costs are covered by HyperIconic.com. Items must be unused and unwashed, and will be inspected for eligibility. 

      Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns and replacement orders if the exchange is due to no fault of HyperIconic.com so please be sure to refer to the sizing charts before placing any orders and review your shipping address.
